Strength and Conditioning:
For competitive adult athletes seeking a goal of athletic enhancement. This program is focused on creating and teaching the most comprehensive scientific based strength and conditioning program in the country for sports performance training. This program is geared to be sports specific based training. The program will focus on speed and agility, running technique, flexibility, explosiveness, and strength. The programming for these movements will be specifically geared to the athlete’s respective sport.
