PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training (30-60 Minute Sessions):

There are two different types of personal training services offered. A member of the gym can seek a monthly membership that consists of personal training three times a week. A needs assessment would be performed on the member to determine what their physical capabilities are and the needs of their body. Another member could seek personal training in an individual type session or sessions. Distinct types of personal training services offered are:
